Hunter Valley | Amazing Winery and Nature

When was the last time to follow your impulsive desire to escape to the beautiful countryside?

Wine tasting

I think I deserve something beautiful.

 Elizabeth Gilbert, “Eat, Pray, Love”

Escape to flourishing wine country, where world-famous wineries, acclaimed restaurants, delicious local produce and spa retreats and concerts in the vineyards awaits. Surrounded by magnificent natural beauty, and only two hours from Sydney, the Hunter Valley is an unrivalled destination that has delighted since vines first thrived in the 1820s, and is home to more than 120 wineries.

There are more cellar doors than any other wine region in Australia, where one of the great pleasures of wine tasting here is the incredible breadth of flavour and character. While Hunter Valley semillon and shiraz have long been world-famous, you’ll also sip distinctive and innovative wines, from classic to newer varieties.

Discover the world while indulging in your love of food and wine. Indulging in the food and wine of your destination is one of the best, and certainly one of the most enjoyable, ways to understand and appreciate other cultures. Travel to some of the world’s most wonderful culinary destinations while enjoying behind-the-scenes access to the people, places, and flavours.

Joining a winery tour is a great way to discover and enjoy the vineyards of the Hunter Valley. Spend a day with a sensory excursion and gain insights into wine making, meet passionate winemakers and enjoy a memorable winery experience. Try one of tours by a horseback, classic car or carriage. For adventurers, most exciting way is to enjoy looking over the beautiful vineyards with a hot air balloon.

The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes, but in having new eyes.
